Unforgettable poolside vibes
The swimming pool area was a lovely oasis. we spent evenings basking in the ambiance and enjoying the gentle sounds of nature around us.
The front desk staff were overwhelmed and could benefit from customer service training. There were unexpected charges for amenities that should have been included.

Just a great match for shopping in Matera with good price-quality ratio. The room was comfortable, and the tea and coffee making facilities were a nice touch. Make sure to check for any extra costs before using the amenities.

the breakfast was simply horrendous, cold food by 9:30, and the staff were just uninterested. unbelievable that I had to request an iron, how unprofessional! I almost thought about leaving a good review, but no complimentary gesture for my troubles? ! shocking treatment for a place that boasts of luxury!

Great views over the surrounding countryside from the comfortable room. The indoor pool is expensive and requires a bathing cap.

Had a great time with friends, enjoying the spacious pool area and the nearby attractions. We visited local caves and enjoyed the lovely outdoor spaces. Just keep in mind, there's a fee to use the pool. Breakfast was decent, but some fresh items cost extra, so plan ahead!
Had a frustrating experience trying to reach guest services for additional pillows—no one answered despite multiple calls, leaving us in need during the night.

Lovely indoor pool and spacious facilities
I really enjoyed the large indoor swimming pool, which provided a great escape after exploring the local attractions. The hotel's design gives off a modern vibe, particularly with the expansive glass walls. the breakfast selection, including fresh pastries and a variety of cheeses, was quite satisfying. the staff's insistence on a swimming cap for pool use felt a bit excessive and added an unexpected charge to our experience.

Recommend it for couples seeking relaxation
The pool area was an oasis surrounded by palm trees, perfect for lounging on a hot afternoon. The breakfast was abundant, offering a variety of choices that kept my spirits high.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was still acceptable.

The hotel has a modern design aesthetic, clearly refurbished from its origins as a Hilton Garden. The spacious banquet facilities are impressive, with a large dining area that can accommodate groups and VIP sections, making it ideal for events.
The location leaves much to be desired, as it’s surrounded by scrap yards and industrial ruins, making the approach rather uninviting. Internet connectivity is very poor, especially in the pool area and lobby, forcing me to rely on 4G for stability. The rooms, while furnished well, are on the smaller side and the air conditioning struggled to keep things cool during the night. There were also some annoying noise disturbances at night from parties, leading to a lack of sleep. Plus, be prepared for extra charges for things like bottles of water that should be included in a room charge.
